Kah Choon, you were in STD 2(2)? I didn't remember you.
Ok, there was Ansalam selvi the Indian girl who spoke Cantonese fluently. Goh Joo Ean stood on the top row with me. BTW, i always stood in the centre top row in class photos.
Front row seated third from left was Audrey, selang satu tak tahu siapa, then it was Chan Chit Min.
It was a lovely time to be so small then. Mrs. Chye told us to keep the pink 'kayu' of joss sticks for Maths. Then there was one orang Asli boy who didn't know how to read or write, during Std 1 and Std 2 days. I was assigned to teach him.
I played al ot of skipping at the 'longkang' outside our class with Joo Ean, Weng Kuan, Ansalam and some others from the class nextdoor. Did anybody remember this. Oh how it got flooded whenever it rained.
I played a lot with Yew Choong too. Ha, we were friends since kindy.
