Hello Everyone....again!

Greetings to all! It has been a while since we communicated. Much has happened. I've heard sad news about the passing away of the family members of some of you. How I wish I am much nearer but my thoughts are with you.
Also, I have heard of some good news pertaining to the coming marriage (finally!!!) of MK to WC. Those of you attending, please post photos on the blog for the benefit of those who can't attend.
I have not seen most of you for more than 20 years now and this is the only way that we can sort of 'keep-in-touch!'
Do keep visiting the blog....more importantly, leave a comment or two.

ACS Primary 1979 Std 4(1) - Miss Maheswari

Miss Mahes - I can still feel the sharp pinches and the spankings with her long ruler. Am I the only one?

ACS Primary 1978 Std 3(1) - Mrs. Lam

Standard 3 - I didn't really enjoy that year. What about the rest of you?

Primary School 1977 Std 2(2) - Mrs. Chye

1977.......now that's a long time ago. Recognise any faces here?

Any Familiar Faces here?

My apologies for a sub-standard photo. Sorry, Meng, my scanner afunctional!! Anyone seen these people lately, esp the two handsome ones standing at the back?

Greetings from Melbourne

Dear all,
My apologies for not updating our ACS Class of 86 blogspot. Any fish lovers among you? Above is a poorly taken (as Meng might comment!!) shot of my aquarium. Discus are rather common in Spore & Malaysia and cheap too, for all you non-fish lovers! But not here in Melbourne, mainly because they are nearly all imported from either Thailand, Msia or Spore. They can cost up to AUD$100 each. Mine are a bit cheaper because of their inferior colouration!!I think they are only $2-$10 Ringgit each in Msia.

Chinese New Year Greetings to All

Dear everyone of Class 86,
We would like to wish everyone a meaningful and warm(not weather wise!) Chinese New Year greetings. Drive carefully, eat moderately (as if that is possible) and make the most of the time that you will spend with your family during this time.
We hope to all meet for our Grand Reunion in 2011 for our 25th Anniversary.

ACS Kampar Librarians 1986

The Green Tie brigade ...... hmmmm, I still do not really know how to sort out the books in the library after wearing that green tie for 5 years!!! My job as a librarian was basically to shift the potted plants around and try to hide from Miss Cheong before she catches me doing nothing! Well, I do miss life in the library, well, sort of!

Welcome Class of 1986

Welcome to all of you! I know it has been a long time since we last met (at least for me). I hope we can all keep in touch by using this blog and hopefully through the posting of photos and comments as well. This blog is open to all from Science, Commerce and Arts classes of 1986. I met up with Mun Keong last week in Melbourne and we were thinking of organising a 25th Anniversary Get Together in 2011!!! I emphasise on the word "thinking"!. But we need to inform everyone of this and possibly get some feedback from everyone.
Please pass this on to anyone that you might still be in contact with and let them know of this blog (www.acskampar86.blogspot.com). Will write again soon.
